Jorge Kubrusly is a Brazilian business strategist and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building and scaling companies. His career was shaped in Brazil’s challenging entrepreneurial environment, where he learned how to structure businesses for sustainable growth.
 

Throughout his career, he has founded more than a dozen companies. One of his business models reached 40 units across seven states and surpassed $1 million in monthly revenue.
 

Since 2019, he has been based in the United States, where he founded MAGNADIC, a consultancy focused on strategic intelligence for business growth. In the U.S., he has led companies that grew more than 20x in both presence and revenue, including a case that scaled from $90,000 to over $3 million per year.
 

He is the author of “Your Product Is Worth Nothing (Until You Learn How to Sell It)”, has received major awards such as Rede Globo’s Profissionais do Ano, the Abril Award, and multiple Prêmio Colunistas honors, and was granted U.S. permanent residency through the EB-1A visa, which requires documented extraordinary ability.
